The witness was the mother of Julio and knew before he died three years that Julio used crack. Other times the Julio had an outbreak of madness when used crack, starting to see ghosts, people following him to kill him and would even faint. In 2012 Julio died after a crisis using crack and second said he knew he was being chased and hit his head on the ground, even suffer head trauma. He left a son he had with Camilla.
